Venetian Night Lighted Boat Parade
8:15 p.m. Cedar Lake FREE Lighted boats will begin lining up at the East Side Dairy Queen Pier at 8:15p.m. The Parade will begin at 8:45p.m. Cash prizes will be awarded for the best lighting.
Entry forms can be obtained at the Cedar Lake Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center 7925 Lake Shore Drive or by calling the Chamber at 374-6157.

Town Wide Yard Sale
8a.m. to 4p.m. Homes in the community or at the main location Hanover Central High School $5.00 for the home plus an additional $5.00 deposit for the sign which will be given backwhen the sign is returned or $10.00 at the high school for a 20ft. by 20ft. space. This annual event brings hundreds of people into the community to visit all the yard sales. Residents can sign up to be on the town map and have a official yard sale sign at their home. The cost for the home is $5.00 plus an additional $5.00 deposit for the sign that will be given back when the sign is returned. The cost at the high school is $10.00 for a 20ft. by 20ft. Anyone having a spot at the school can park their vehicle right behind their space.
